All of these components are part of a unique fully integrated hardware suite that allows user to view, share, and store all of their digital media with complete ease.
NMPs permit the user to import digital video, audio, and photographic data from a variety of sources for your own personal media pleasure to be viewed on your Home Theater unit, HDTV, as well as your (whatever a old TV is called).
The user is also able to playback or stream from various other devices, for example - your PC, digital camera, USB storage device (USB flash, external or internal HDD, DVD drives, or even the WEB (internet) via the MSP (Media Service Portal).
Extraordinary conformity with the latest popular audio and video formats is what gives the NMP it s remarkable appeal. Whatever the format AVI / MOV / MKV / MPG / WMV etc - the NMP will play it!
Another great feature of the NMP is being able to enjoy watching "ripped" DVDs with full menu support - What a money saver these units are! Forget about all of those unusable "scratched" DVDs!
Users can now store all their DVDs on their NMP (with optionalinternal hard drive) and then view them whenever they choose!
These NMP’s also have a built-in download engine allowing it to work as a "peer to peer" torrent downloader. Also the NMP is able to download from Usenet groups / rapidshare and other similar file share formats and sources.
